The Board of Directors (BOD) of SMFBS comprises seven members. Four are representing individual promoters with one institutional promoter, One representing public shareholders & one from Independent. Mr. Krishna Prasad Aryal is chairman and Mr.Devi Dutta Gyawali, Mr. Giriraj Pathk, Mr. Kush Sudan Singh, Mr. Kabiraj Timilsena, Mr. Janak Raj Dhungana are current board members of SMFBS.
