The Board of Directors (BOD) of SMFBS comprises seven members. Four are representing individual promoters with one institutional promoter, Two representing public shareholders & one from Independent. Mr.Devi Dutta Gyawali is chairman and Mr. Kush Sudhan Singh, Hemlal Sharma, Mr. Giriraj Pathk, Mr. Kabiraj Timilsena, Mr. Abhishek Shrestha, Mr. Janak Raj Dhungana are current board members of SMFBS.
